Position Summary:
|
Audit, analyze, monitor, and communicate compliance and adherence to Loss Prevention policy, procedure, and investigations relating to distribution safety and loss control.
|

Job Description:
|
• Conduct daily audits in receiving, shipping, return goods, and security guard stations to insure the integrity of operations and to verify controls are in place.
• Conduct quarterly transactional analysis and cycle count audits to insure integrity of inventory adjustments.
• Investigate and analyze suspicious trends identified through reporting systems and operational processes to eliminate loss of company assets.
• Perform covert surveillance on transfer and shuttle trucks, store delivery trailers and stationary surveillance to identify and recover loss of company assets.
• Interact daily with security guard force and review alarm listings to ensure compliance to post orders.
• Issue, maintain, and control alarm codes and keys to protect loss of company assets.
• Coordinate OSHA 200 and 300 forms to comply with OSHA regulations.
• Assist the Loss Prevention Manager and operators in the development, implementation, follow-up and documentation of OSHA required training to comply with OSHA regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
|
• Requires a college degree in Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice or related field OR four years equivalent experience.
• Requires excellent analytical, auditing, and investigative skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with distribution employees, Supervisors, and Managers and Field Representatives and Loss Prevention contracted vendors.
• Experience with Work Comp a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed (evenings, weekends)
